I have had an "IBS" type problem with my stomach since i can remember, and it was better after my hysterectomy, i had had extensive endometriosis and periods had been miserable prior to surgery. When i learned about the Trio products, i found one that was good but when i found this product with the Kambucha, my stomach seemed alot happier. I feel better about my stomach. i take it per the directions, and can now eat fruits and vegetables without my stomach going crazy within 30 minutes!!!

i am taking this instead of buying the liquid kombucha. I don't really know how well it works because I haven't done a controlled study on it and there isn't really a response as a measurable variable- antibody count? poop mass? frequency? I am taking this mainly because of the reputation that kombucha has for general well-being, and was suggested by a friend as an alternative to the liquid. To date there have been no adverse effects.

I've been using Walgreens Digestive Enzyme version for a long time due to IBS and Colitis, but they're usually out of stock. I'm glad I found across these since they're fantastic! There will be no digestive discomfort, but if you start taking the supplement on a regular basis, it will take some time for your digestive system to repair and balance. So expect to have diarrhea or gas for the first week, but don't worry, you'll feel much better after that! Simply do not stop taking them! This is a fairly standard technique. Let's just say I'm not carrying Imodium anymore and can eat on the go. I strongly urge you to give it a try!

I think this product is not for me. I ordered this for the reason of getting probiotic/prebiotic and kombucha benefits, but after taking it, I experienced severe stomach discomfort. I recently purchased the Nirvana Kombucha Pre & Probiotics and there is no sweet and acetic taste like normal Kombucha Tea Drinks. The multi strain prebiotics and probiotics in this supplement were what drew me in. After two days, I noticed a change in my gut health.
