Refunds

Our 60-day full-refund guarantee lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full — no return required.*

To request a refund, email [email protected] with proof of purchase — your invoice, order number, or comparable documentation sufficient to confirm that your purchase was made at www.trionutrition.com within the past 60 days — along with your name, current address, and telephone number. Refund requests cannot be honored without proof of purchase confirming the 60-day period; Trio Nutrition will make the final determination, in our sole discretion, as to whether the documentation provided is sufficient.

Once your purchase is verified, your refund is processed and a credit is applied automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

With reference to refunds, Trio Nutrition reserves the right to request the return of any product(s) at the customer's expense if, in our sole discretion, we determine that the refund policy is being abused. All determinations of the return policy are made solely by Trio Nutrition.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping

Shipping within the continental United States is free. Where shipping charges applied, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
