Refunds
Our 60 Day Guaranteed refund policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Also, if you do not have a copy of your invoice then we cannot offer you a refund.
To complete your refund, we require your invoice as proof of purchase from www.trionutrition.com. Please email [email protected] and attach the invoice for your purchase as well as your contact information including your name, current address and current telephone number.
Once you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
